Network FAQ
How long does Clever setup take?+
Typically 1–2 weeks from the signed order form: we exchange Clever IDs, map your guide roster, and run a pilot cohort before going live.
What happens if a guide leaves mid-year?+
Roster sync removes them from active status. Because we bill on active guides only, the seat frees up on the next true-up.
What is your data & FERPA posture?+
We are the data processor under your platform's FERPA obligations. We do not sell data and can sign a DPA.
Can families keep access after the network contract ends?+
By default access ends when the contract ends. We can write a transition path into the order form if you need one.
